Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Our refund policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund.

Because our products are digital downloads, returns aren’t possible in the traditional sense. However, we’re committed to ensuring you’re satisfied. If you experience issues with your download or the product doesn’t work as described, please reach out — we’ll do our best to resolve it.

Eligibility for Refunds

To be eligible for a refund, one of the following conditions must apply:

  • The digital product was not delivered.
  • The product is defective or significantly different from the description.
  • You purchased the item more than once by mistake.

Refund requests that do not meet these criteria will not be approved. Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are generally final.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items cannot be refunded:

  • Downloaded items that have already been accessed or used.
  • Custom-made or personalized digital files.
  • Discounted or sale items.

Refund Process

If your refund request is approved:

  • A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
  • Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Late or Missing Refunds

Haven’t received your refund yet?

  1. Double-check your bank or payment app.
  2. Contact your credit card company or payment provider — it may take some time to officially post.
